The "Creating Apps" platform, a project of the Telekom Austria Group (TAG), is aimed to support app developers in Central and Eastern Europe. The Telekom Austria Group's goal is to implement a web-based platform for the developer community itself. Its paramount advantage is the focus on independent app development for different operating systems.

Creating Apps provides the community with news on the main operating systems, mobile trends, market research, app stores as well as the latest facts on devices. Interactive channels such as blog and forum offer the opportunity for discussions. Platform members are invited to pick up threads for themselves.
