WeTab will support MeeGo successor Tizen

The newly announced MeeGo successor Tizen will power the MeeGo tablet WeTab. The makers of the WeTab, 4tiitoo have announced upcoming support. With the release of the first version of Tizen next year, 4tiitoo plans to release a version of their WeTab OS, which will be based on the newly announced operat. Just recently Samsung and Intel (the two driving forces behind the new OS) have announced to merge LiMo and MeeGo into the upcoming Tizen.

After Maemo, Moblin and MeeGo, an new Linux-based device software platform, based on HTML5 and WAC, was created by Intel, Samsung and the Linux Foundation. It's name, Tizen, was probably ill-chosen, at least for the Lebanese audience. Hungarians probably don't mind.
